Oxford Public Library
Room usage guidelines:
- Patrons must be at least 18 years of age and provide adequate adult supervision for those in attendance.
- No food or drink may be consumed without prior approval and payment of a $20 cleanup fee.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol are not permitted in the library. Groups may request permission to serve alcohol from the Library Board of Directors no less than six weeks in advance.
- Room must be vacated 15 minutes prior to library closing. A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be assessed for meetings extending beyond closing.
- Nothing may be affixed to the walls or doors of the room.
Equipment
Room is equipped with a podium, ceiling-mounted projector, and built-in speaker system. Please note the specific equipment items you need when making a room reservation request.
Seating
The Library will set up all library furniture needed for use of the room. Please review the standard setup options and select one when making a room reservation request.
