Information & Instructions
- Contact the Adult Services Department at least a week in advance of your exam.
- Tests are limited to 4 hours.
- Students must schedule their test directly with the Director of Adult Services during the library proctoring times only.
- Students must bring a valid picture I.D. with them for entry into the testing area.
- It is the student's responsibility to bring pencils, paper, pens, calculators, etc. to the testing site. The library will not provide these materials.
- If the student is taking an online course, the student may use the computers located in the Computer Lab or provide their own notebook/laptop computer with internet access capabilities, unless otherwise instructed by their institution. The library provides free wireless access and a power outlet. It is strongly recommended that the test taker visit the library prior to their exam date to make sure that their laptop/notebook works with the library's wireless access service.

- If applicable, for written exams, the student must provide a pre-paid, self-addressed, stamped envelope for mailing the exam if the institution does not provide these materials. The library will not pay for postage.
- A postage -prepaid envelope for return of exam materials must be provided by the testing institution.
