Epic Stained Glass of Metro Detroit - Join author, photographer and architectural historian Dale A. Carlson as he discusses the impressive stained glass legacy of the Detroit metropolis (and a little bit of Flint's). Carlson's lecture includes lots of gorgeous images of our area's top installations and takes a close look at the histories of a handful of the most significant makers represented by our local inventory, including Willet Studios of Philadelphia, the Detroit Stained Glass Works, and, of course, Tiffany Studios of New York City. Significant installations in close proximity to Oxford will round out the program, including two lesser known but stunning examples in Rochester. Registration required
